مَبْدَؤُنَا

نَجْمَعُ أَقَلَّ قَدْرٍ مُمْكِنٍ مِنَ الْبَيَانَاتِ. لَا إِعْلَانَاتِ، وَلَا أَدَوَاتِ تَتَبُّعٍ تَسْوِيقِيَّةٍ، وَلَا بَيْعَ لِبَيَانَاتِكَ لِأَيِّ جِهَةٍ.

مَا يُحْفَظُ عَلَى جِهَازِكَ فَقَطْ

اسْمُكَ (إِنْ أَدْخَلْتَهُ)، وَتَقَدُّمُكَ، وَنِقَاطُ الْخِبْرَةِ، وَالشَّارَاتُ، وَالسِّلْسِلَةُ، وَخُطَّةُ الدِّرَاسَةِ، وَقَائِمَةُ الْمُرَاجَعَةِ — تُحْفَظُ فِي ذَاكِرَةِ الْمُتَصَفِّحِ (localStorage) عَلَى جِهَازِكَ، وَلَا تَصِلُ إِلَيْنَا. يُمْكِنُكَ حَذْفُهَا بِمَسْحِ بَيَانَاتِ الْمَوْقِعِ مِنْ إِعْدَادَاتِ الْمُتَصَفِّحِ.

الْمُزَامَنَةُ السَّحَابِيَّةُ (اخْتِيَارِيَّة)

إِذَا فَعَّلْتَ الْمُزَامَنَةَ ☁️ وَسَجَّلْتَ الدُّخُولَ، يُحْفَظُ تَقَدُّمُكَ فِي حِسَابِكَ عَلَى خِدْمَةِ Google Firebase (الْمُصَادَقَةُ وَقَاعِدَةُ بَيَانَاتِ Firestore) لِتَسْتَعِيدَهُ عَلَى أَجْهِزَةٍ أُخْرَى.

إِحْصَاءَاتُ الِاسْتِخْدَامِ الْمَجْهُولَة

لِنَعْرِفَ عَدَدَ الزُّوَّارِ، يُنْشِئُ الْمَوْقِعُ رَقْمًا عَشْوَائِيًّا يُحْفَظُ عَلَى جِهَازِكَ. وَأَثْنَاءَ فَتْحِ الصَّفْحَةِ يُرْسِلُ هَذَا الرَّقْمَ كُلَّ بِضْعِ دَقَائِقَ مَعَ لُغَةِ الْوَاجِهَةِ، وَاللُّغَةِ الَّتِي تَتَعَلَّمُهَا، وَهَلْ أَدْخَلْتَ اسْمًا (نَعَمْ أَوْ لَا فَقَطْ، وَلَا يُرْسَلُ الِاسْمُ نَفْسُهُ أَبَدًا)، وَهَلْ لَدَيْكَ اشْتِرَاكُ Premium. يُسْتَنْتَجُ بَلَدُكَ مِنْ عُنْوَانِ IP، لَكِنَّنَا لَا نَحْفَظُ عُنْوَانَ IP وَلَا اسْمَكَ. وَنَحْفَظُ أَيْضًا تَارِيخَ أَوَّلِ زِيَارَةٍ لَكَ وَآخِرِ زِيَارَةٍ. تُسْتَخْدَمُ هَذِهِ الْبَيَانَاتُ لِلْإِحْصَاءَاتِ الدَّاخِلِيَّةِ فَقَطْ. وَيُمْكِنُكَ إِعَادَةُ تَعْيِينِ هَذَا الرَّقْمِ بِمَسْحِ بَيَانَاتِ الْمَوْقِعِ مِنْ مُتَصَفِّحِكَ.

قَائِمَةُ الِانْتِظَار

إِذَا سَجَّلْتَ بَرِيدَكَ الْإِلِكْتِرُونِيَّ، نَحْفَظُهُ مَعَ لُغَةِ الْوَاجِهَةِ لِنُخْبِرَكَ بِالْإِطْلَاقِ وَبِهَدِيَّةِ الشَّهْرِ الْمَجَّانِيِّ فَقَطْ. يُمْكِنُكَ طَلَبُ حَذْفِهِ فِي أَيِّ وَقْتٍ.

الْمُجْتَمَع

النُّصُوصُ وَالتَّسْجِيلَاتُ الصَّوْتِيَّةُ الَّتِي تَنْشُرُهَا فِي الْمُجْتَمَعِ تَظْهَرُ لِلْمُتَعَلِّمِينَ الْآخَرِينَ مَعَ الِاسْمِ الَّذِي تَخْتَارُهُ، وَتُحْفَظُ عَلَى خَوَادِمِنَا. لَا تَنْشُرْ مَعْلُومَاتٍ شَخْصِيَّةً حَسَّاسَةً.

الْمِيكْرُوفُون وَالنُّطْق

يَعْمَلُ تَقْيِيمُ النُّطْقِ عَبْرَ خِدْمَةِ التَّعَرُّفِ عَلَى الْكَلَامِ الْمُدْمَجَةِ فِي مُتَصَفِّحِكَ (مِثْلَ Google فِي Chrome أَوْ Apple فِي Safari)، وَقَدْ يُعَالِجُ مُزَوِّدُ الْمُتَصَفِّحِ الصَّوْتَ. نَحْنُ لَا نُسَجِّلُ صَوْتَكَ وَلَا نَحْفَظُهُ، إِلَّا إِذَا نَشَرْتَ تَسْجِيلًا فِي الْمُجْتَمَعِ بِنَفْسِكَ.

النُّطْقُ الصَّوْتِيُّ لِلْكَلِمَات

عِنْدَ الضَّغْطِ عَلَى 🔊 تُرْسَلُ الْكَلِمَةُ (دُونَ أَيِّ بَيَانَاتٍ شَخْصِيَّةٍ) إِلَى خَادِمِنَا الَّذِي يَجْلِبُ الصَّوْتَ مِنْ خِدْمَةِ Google Translate TTS.

الْفِيدْيُوهَات

تُعْرَضُ بَعْضُ الْفِيدْيُوهَاتِ عَبْرَ youtube-nocookie.com (وَضْعُ الْخُصُوصِيَّةِ الْمُعَزَّزَةِ مِنْ YouTube)، وَقَدْ تَنْطَبِقُ سِيَاسَةُ Google عِنْدَ تَشْغِيلِهَا.

الِاسْتِضَافَةُ وَالسِّجِلَّاتُ التِّقْنِيَّة

يُسْتَضَافُ الْمَوْقِعُ عَلَى Vercel. قَدْ تُسَجِّلُ الْخَوَادِمُ بَيَانَاتٍ تِقْنِيَّةً مُؤَقَّتَةً (مِثْلَ عُنْوَانِ IP) لِلْحِمَايَةِ مِنَ الْإِسَاءَةِ وَتَحْدِيدِ عَدَدِ الطَّلَبَاتِ.

حُقُوقُكَ

وَفْقَ اللَّائِحَةِ الْأُورُوبِّيَّةِ لِحِمَايَةِ الْبَيَانَاتِ (GDPR) لَكَ الْحَقُّ فِي الِاطِّلَاعِ عَلَى بَيَانَاتِكَ، وَتَصْحِيحِهَا، وَحَذْفِهَا، وَالِاعْتِرَاضِ عَلَى مُعَالَجَتِهَا. رَاسِلْنَا وَسَنَرُدُّ خِلَالَ 30 يَوْمًا. وَيَحِقُّ لَكَ تَقْدِيمُ شَكْوَى إِلَى سُلْطَةِ حِمَايَةِ الْبَيَانَاتِ فِي بَلَدِكَ (مِثْلَ IMY فِي السُّوَيْدِ أَوْ Datatilsynet فِي النَّرْوِيجِ).

الْأَطْفَال

إِذَا كَانَ عُمْرُكَ أَقَلَّ مِنْ 13 عَامًا فَاسْتَخْدِمِ الْمُجْتَمَعَ وَالْمُزَامَنَةَ بِمُوَافَقَةِ وَلِيِّ أَمْرِكَ.

Who we are

Our principle

We collect as little data as possible. No ads, no marketing trackers, and we never sell your data.

Stored only on your device

Your name (if you enter one), progress, XP, badges, streak, study plan and review list are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device and never reach us. You can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

Cloud sync (optional)

If you turn on sync ☁️ and sign in, your progress is stored in your account on Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) so you can restore it on other devices.

Anonymous usage statistics

To count visitors, the site creates a random ID that is stored on your device. While a page is open, it sends this ID every few minutes together with your interface language, the language you are learning, whether you have entered a name (yes/no only — never the name itself) and whether you have Premium. Your country is derived from your IP address, but we do not store your IP address or your name. We also store the dates of your first and latest visit. This data is used only for internal statistics. You can reset the ID by clearing the site data in your browser.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email and interface language only to tell you about the launch and your free month. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Community

Texts and voice clips you post in the community are visible to other learners with the display name you choose, and are stored on our servers. Please don't post sensitive personal information.

Microphone & pronunciation

Pronunciation scoring uses your browser's built-in speech recognition (e.g. Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari); the browser provider may process the audio. We do not record or store your voice unless you post a voice clip in the community yourself.

Word audio

When you tap 🔊, the word (with no personal data) is sent to our server, which fetches the audio from Google Translate TTS.

Videos

Some videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode); Google's policy may apply when you play them.

Hosting & technical logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Servers may log temporary technical data (such as IP address) to prevent abuse and rate-limit requests.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country (e.g. IMY in Sweden or Datatilsynet in Norway).

Children

If you are under 13, use the community and sync only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
